As per the decision from the coming semester in all Diploma courses, the environment will be a compulsory to pass the subject. The decision will be applicable to different diploma institutes all over Haryana. As per the decision environmental studies must be included in a course of diploma studies as soon as possible. So the decision lies on different institutes which offer diploma to introduce this subject from the coming year or introduce it immediately from next semester.
Marks allocated to subject are not clear year and instead of marks many diploma institutes are thinking to offer grades in environment studies instead of marks. However another decision related to environmental study subjects marks and course work might soon be past depending on the current environmental situation of Haryana.
