Space education in the syllabus would be promoted by this new flight of teacher liaisons program.  They will also employ Space Foundation training and resources to integrate space principles in the class rooms.

Space Foundation teacher Liaison program will see active participation of more than 270 participants.

The teachers are selected by a panel of skilled and qualified teacher liaisons and representatives from the space industry and military for this privilege program. Teacher liaisons 2012 program would be publicly accredited at the Space Foundation’s 28^thNational Space Symposium. It is going to be held from 16-19 April 2012 at Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Workshops and other academic programs will also be held at the 28^th National Space Symposium where acknowledged teachers will also participate. The Teacher Liaison will also get an advantage of dedicated training and information at Space Foundation.  They will also get NASA workshops with voluntary graduate level credit, exclusive science, technology, engineering and math (STEM)certified development experiences with voluntary continuing education credit; and special space oriented students programs developed just for Teacher liaisons.

As per the latest changes and the introduction of comprehensive evaluation, it was asserted by the board members that the responsibility of handling the SSC board exams should be handed over to the schools.

The fact was also stated by them that the magnitude of board examinations has deteriorated as just 1 lakh students take admissions in technical courses after the completion of SSC and technical board can hold entrance exams for such students themselves.

It was also requested by the members that a lot of pressure would be reduced from the students’ head if the SSC examinations are not conducted by the GSHSEB.  It will also be cost effective method for the board.

It was also added by them that this decision will also reduce the pressure on parents and help them in saving their money spent on tuition fees. They will also make sure that school is attended by the students till April instead of December as many students take preparation leave for examinations after December only.

MCA with a minimum of 60% aggregate or,

Minimum qualification required for Post Graduate degree/diploma or equivalent having minimum 55% aggregate marks from any recognized Indian University or AIU. In Masters Degree nearly 5% marks relaxation is given to candidates belonging to reserved Masters Degree according to UGC guidelines.

This will compel students to focus on both the engineering entrance and Board exams. It will curb down the coaching centers which mainly focus to train students in clearing many competitive exams leaving the fundamentals unsolved.  Students do not attend colleges in XI and XII standard for preparing entrance exam and attending tuitions. Coaching centers mainly feed students with various short cuts on qualifying entrance exams which leaves basic concepts unsolved.  It even results in wastage of time, money and efforts of students and parents because many students do not clear the entrance exams.

The new qualification in admissions to IIT’s will cease the money making practices of coaching centers and focus students to improve performance in schools. Now the students will be evaluated on basis of common aptitude test rather than AIEEE or IIT JEE. It will put an end to writing various competitive exams.
