It is located at Rajvi Gandhi Info tech Park, Hinjawadi, in Pune, India. ISquareIT Pune is one of the Top Engineering Colleges in India.

Mr. Pralhad P. Chhabria who is a well-known industrialist as well as philanthropist and the Chairman of the Finolex Group of Companies, and Mr. Kishan P. Chhabria, Managing Director of Finolex Industries Ltd are the founders of International Institute of Information Technology, Pune. Dr A P J Abdul Kalam, the President of India in the year 2003, dedicated ISquareIT, Pune to the nation.
