MAH MCA CET Exam 2013 – Dates, Eligibility & Application Procedure:- For the people who want to get admission to MCA course in Maharashtra can always find the MAH MCA CET exam really important. The Maharashtra government takes students for the course of Masters in Computer Applications through this entrance test. The exam is to get students admitted to the 3 years full course MCA degree. The test is for the students that want to take entry to the First year to direct second year through lateral entry. This exam is for all colleges that are supported by the government and even not supported in Maharashtra.
Actually the exam takes students in the regular nd the lateral courses. In the recent decision it has been decided that the MAH MCA CET will be taken online with 45 minutes allotted for 2 papers having a total of 1.5 hours in total. Date and time of MAH MCA CET applications:
The Dates for the application of the exam changes every year. The dates are all given on the websites. Generally the applications are available form the first week of March and the exam is taken in April. It is important thereby that the students take proper notice of the exam dates given on the official websites and prepare themselves for the exam.
Answering questions online:
There is a change in the pattern of the online question paper. The answers are to be given with a click. Students can easily give their answer with clicking on the option they like. The change of answer is also easier this time with MAH MCA CET. Students can simply click on another option and the answer will be changed. For making no selection of answer, ‘Clear’ option will be there. It is important that students must ‘Save’ their answer or the answer will not be taken as the correct answer. Answers can be marked for a review and if not saved later, the answer given and marked as ‘Review’ will be taken as the final answer and will be assessed according to that.
Eligibility for MAH MCA CET:
Students must be passed with at least 50% marks in CGPA (which is 45% for PH/ SC/ ST) or bachelor’s degree awarded by any university under the UGC Act, 1963. If any student possesses any equivalent degree with Mathematics or Statics as a subjects in 10+2 is also eligible for the exam. Students those have appeared in the final year of exam for bachelor’s degree from any recognized university under UGC Act, 1963 can also give the MAH MCA CET test. The students that have BCA or BCA degree need not have Mathematics and Statistics in 10+2.
Payment on application:
The authorities can make specific about a bank through which application forms can be collected and submitted with necessary amount of money bended for the test to be given. generally test fees are higher for students in general category or J&K residents and NRI students but SC, ST, PH and OBC students can be exempted to an extent by the Maharashtra government.
