PM & IR – Personnel Management & Industrial Relations
This is one of the most prestigious management programme offered by XLRI Jamshedpur. Personal Management and Industrial Relations programme has been announced the best management programme in India and Asia Pacific Region. PM & IR Programme is full time two year of programme which gives you a Post Graduate Diploma Degree in Management. The most shouting and selectable subject for specialization in this courses are Human Resource Planning, Human Resource Information Systems, Selection, Performance Management, Training and Development, Compensation Administration and fostering harmonious employer – employee relationships in the framework of state regulations. PGDBM – Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management

To Get Admission in FPM should have completed Master’ s degree or its equivalent in any discipline, or CA, ICWA, or CS with at least 55% marks or a BE/ B.Tech degree or its equivalent with at least 60% marks.
Exec- FPM – Executive Fellow Programme in Management
This is the programme offered for working professional and executives, managers, faculty members, researchers who can not afford to enroll fulltime courses. The XLRI Jamshedpur offers Part Time Ph.D level programme for these professionals. Those are having 5 years of full time Managerial or Teaching or Research experience and should have a Master’s degree or its equivalent in any discipline, or CA, ICWA, or CS with at least 55% marks or BE, B.Tech degree or its equivalent with at least 60% marks. Candidates would be short listed on the basis of their resumes and would be called for Personal Interview.
GMP – General Management Programme
XLRI Jamshedpur offering 1 year consolidate programme for Managers leading team of executives who have completed Post Graduate Diploma in General Management Candidates would be selected on the basis of XAT or GMAT. Candidates who are applying for this programme would have minimum of three years Bachelor’s Degree and should have at least five years of relevant managerial experience.
